       In my opinion, when dealing with different businesses you can tell that everyone has a tough job, although everyone has the right to choose what they would like to do. Aside from that, many people have some problem to deal with on the job. The main problems of work are loneliness, stress, and lack of motivation. Starting a small business in which everyone can succeed (or not), is just a matter of hard work.  A virtual assistant is someone who provides administrative, technical or creative help to his/her clients online. As we define the pros and cons of a virtual assistant, everyone has their own different understanding; my understanding is that the pros are the help you can give to people so they can really do well in their job. And the virtual assistant can help to alleviate the problems of loneliness, stress, and lack of motivation. The virtual assistant can help the client to create an extra penny or a lot of money through his/her own capability and capacity of work. No one is telling you what to do (except for your clients) and how to do your tasks. While the cons are more in the line of the hard work involved in communication, planning and etc. It is how you are working on your own and how you give your full responsibilities to your entire business that makes the difference.
